"I am passionate about differentiation and student needs, which is a key element to running a split classroom, with a fundamental focus on The Whole Child. Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is the theory I align with the most as I understand that children’s physiological and psychological needs must be met before academic learning can take place. I have high expectations that include behaviour and academic achievement- strive to be the best they can be."
